Carlos is our very own Pythagoras; balancing, shaping, and working numbers at a genius level. With years of experience in the financial sector, Carlos has rightly earned his nickname “The Money-Master”. Serving as the in-house Line Producer, Carlos ensures budgets are as streamlined and optimal as can be. In addition to overseeing the numbers game, Carlos tends to the overall business needs of the company and its creative team. Carlos is also a Tequila connoisseur with a highly sophisticated palate; stop by our office for a meeting and he will likely treat you to a personalized tasting from our top shelf bar. (It’s always five o’clock somewhere)

Nicole’s a gifted storyteller who’s been crafting tales since she was a child which became the ultimate Christmas gift for her relatives. Though she focuses on telling stories with pictures through editing, her resume reads as a well-rounded producer capable of creating anything and everything. Though most passionate about TV drama, she’s an 80s child who loves to mosh to 90s grunge, run and read and has set her sites on a future full of even more varied experiences than her past credits.

Kai has been shaping stories for almost 20 years now and specializes in creating emotional resonance. If you need to emotionally move your audience and make certain they feel what you want them to feel, you get Kai to edit it. Despite her relentless positivity in real life, her speciality – and favorite outcome – is making audiences cry!

Pouya Shahbazi is a Chicago-based Director of Photography, focused on narrative storytelling, when not shooting fiction, he focuses on commercial, experimental and music video projects. He grew up in Tehran, Iran, and graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor ​of Arts in Cinema Arts + Sciences, focused on cinematography. Pouya has been working as the Director of Photography on numerous short films, shot digitally, on 16mm, and on 35mm film.

Don, a born and raised Chicagoan really enjoys the creative process and seeing a vision or idea turned into reality. Whether its finding the right look and pace of an edit, creating graphics to enhance an idea, or mixing the audio to push and pull the audience’s emotions, his love of the creative process finds him constantly immersed in various projects.
When not working Don spends his time with his wife and their two children, riding roller coasters, watching, playing and coaching sports, and learning to play guitar.
